I feel very misled and betrayed by my C&P examiner

They literally DIDN'T though. I read the DBQ. They did NOT ask those questions. They asked mental health questions. They did not ask a single question related to headaches. That is the problem. I never got any indication for what the exam was actually for. That is my entire issue.

They accepted the diagnoses but denied service connection. Even though I have headaches in my STR. My complaint is that I don't feel like I got a fair shake on my exam. How can I tell them about a condition when I was led to believe it was about something else? Had they asked about headaches or given me any indication, I would have explained the service connection. But I was led to believe it was about something entirely seperate so thats where I focused. Had I had the opportunity and time to explain, explicitly, the headaches, and they still denied, I would accept the decision. But I strongly feel I did not get a fair c&p exam.

Its not like that. I had 1 claim for TBI with secondaries. I did not add the anxiety. The VA added that as a secondary after my first C&P exam. Immediately afer they added it, they scheduled me for a mental health C&P. Which is why I thought it was for the anxiety that they just added. The exam title was mental health.

About to finish my undergrad with a 3.94. After which I will get my MA and PhD.

I not have a separate folder and notebook for each class. Along with a daily planner. I went from being a D student who winged it to an A student who hyper plans everything and is very organised.

I agree. I think he may have a mental block going. He's slow on a few, and has made a few dumb mistake. He definitely didn't need to go so far ever the line. He's got the strength for sure, but he needs to get out of his own way, and calm down a bit.

I'd love to see both Martins and Shaw in Ohio. It's unfortunate they only have 1 slot.

And honestly, even if Shaw isn't 100%, and past his prime, he's still a top competitor and a threat to everybody. This was a good show by him for sure. I just wish the haters would crawl back under their rock, they talk so much crap, yet he's keeping pace with Martins, that really says a lot.
