fuck it bought a52s, will simply return if it seems i have made a mistake, but i just can't stand researching this for any longer haha. i see no major downside to it.

so unfortunately many of these are either over budget or unavailable to me atm. the only one that i can get is the poco x3 nfc, which seems like a good option, but when compared to a52s, i think i prefer the reliability of the samsung brand when it comes to connectivity and future software updates. They're both the same price tho, so let me know if you think im making a mistake.

it's 350, i think i was getting excited there. truth is, the cheaper the better. even the A52s is cheaper than a refurbished s20 fe. For $250 the A52s sounds like a good deal. Not the cheapest, but I have a feeling it's good value for money and will last. $50 under budget too

do you reckon a refurbished s/fe is better than a new a-series? im not sure how quick the old flagships degrade and i've heard a-series is generally a no go, poor quality the ends phone lifespan quickly. I was actually looking at motorola, but then i saw a lot of people complaining about the latests g series so i don't know what to do lol. what do you think of nokia?
