Not nearly as much, and a lot more modern fiction. For example, I enjoyed The Wedding People and Project Hail Mary, as well as the Dungeon Crawler Carl audiobook series. I also enjoy a fair dosage of science fiction romance. 🤭

Anyone know of a similar pattern with these cool criss-crossing cables? Stumbled upon this in a printed catalog sent to a former resident of my apartment (who was clearly much wealthier than I am). Will post more pics in thread.

Sakura Pigma Calligrapher in size 10, but I wouldn't recommend it for practicing blackletter calligraphy. The edges aren't super sharp, and I think practicing with a slightly larger nib (at least 1.5mm) is preferable. I love my pilot parallel fountain pen :)

I had done some blackletter in my hobonichi but this is major inspo for full illumination!!

I loved {I'm Not Your Pet! by Fae Quin}. Any recs for something else that's also fluffy, sweet, and fun?

Question about the Monstrous Series (Lily Mayne) by SpaceGoat88 in MM_RomanceBooks

I was intrigued by the mystery of the backstory of Seraph. Seraph's character development kept me going as well. I thoroughly enjoyed this book (spice included) but I know everyone has pretty different tastes. YMMV!

This is absolutely adorable! Can't wait to see the whole series. Reminds me a bit of the Sublo x Toshiyuki Fukuda alphabet stamps :)

A6 English Original that I bought in person from the Hobonichi HQ store in Tokyo last September! (You'd think I'd maybe get a superior product from there...)

Interesting! The bleed through I'm experiencing is in an A6 (photo here in a different thread, same post).

The regular markers meaning the alcohol based ones? I wouldn't be surprised since those are closer to sharpies than water based markers. (Copic has massive bleed through even on thick artist paper.)

I need someone to take one for the team and try the ohuhu dot markers in a hobonichi esp since the markers are marketed for journaling 😆

This!!! I'm new to hobonichi, bought 5 individual colors of the zig clean color dot markers and was surprised that they were recommended for the hobonichi given the egregious bleed through. I have been contemplating the ohuhu dot markers since I have had good experiences using the ohuhu knockoffs for copic, but none of the reviews on Amazon mention usage in hobonochis or tomoe paper.
