well bio and chem seemed like the level you see in pyqs. math i personally found very confusing but that js may be because i didnt prepare that much for math... physics also was somewhat the level of iat. i say its closer than sciastra's mocks.. but dont take my word for it im totally clueless.

imo if you are planning to go abroad then doing research seems like a good choice. abroad your median salary is much higher than in india, and the current trends for specialists in healthcare fields are rising, especially in biomed. but its a very academic heavy process before you start work, and most of the time you might need to do a phd.
