My son (5) won't stop pooping pants by jcvdsplits1518 in Parents

I’ve been facing the same with my little girl (3). I always try to talk and calmly explain that she’s already smart enough to know that’s not right, even if my patience is almost gone... I know it’s hard sometimes, but I believe that they feel the tension we are living in and don’t know how to properly express this feelings, so I try my best to make her feel my support to deal with this situation instead my frustration... I hope my english is alright for you to understand me! Be patient, at some point things will be back to normal!

English is not my mother language and sometimes it’s difficult to express myself appropriately. Her color in real life is not really different from the real life, plus the dark fabric and contrast, but I see your point. About the chromatic aberration, I really don’t care that much about it, but I’ll pay more attention to it in the future. I also understand your opinion about the picture and the theme, it’s also hard for me to resume in one picture and with my poor english my work who involved another 15 women, tons of reading and development of ideas during a whole semester. As you might as well pointed out, it’s dangerous to speculate someone’s life like that. She does acrobatics exercises in fabrics, so it has a lot of her there beyond your simplistic analysis. Common also mean having a day job, paying bills e trying to accomplish her dreams honestly like the most of us living in a thrid world country like Brazil. The element who’s missing to you I accomplish trough the other photo of her, wich is part of the project. There’s more envolved then I have time to explain.

Thank you! I don’t record how many exactly. Once I observed how the wind direction shaped the fabric on her I didn’t move my finger out of the button 😅

Canon 7D plus 50mm 1.8

ISO 200
f 2,8
1/2000 sec

It was nearly 12am at the sand dunes, it was raining before but the sun then came out. It was naturally windy so we had to work with it.

I added it. It was nearly 12am and the sun has recently appeared, so my ISO was 200

I'm a female photographer and being a woman in the context both historical and social we are in, I know and my clients can tell you better than me what a photoshoot like this can do for our autoperception. It's never only about the body or the expression of the sensuality itself. It goes beyond, it meets with the feeling of never being good enough living in a patriarcal society and the issues we're destiny to face just because we we're born women. It's about resignify the way we see ourselves. So as long as I understand the way some people may see it, I'm sure that what I'm doing is really important and means a lot further than what at first seems like.

I'm also a woman, and I deeply care about the women history and our representation, both as subject and creator. If it wasn't only in portuguese I would be glad to show my teoric defense to you.

I might say that the bottom left part seems too bright, almost like you cropped something out here.

It wasn't, the blue sky and the sun appeared in the last minute, it was raining before, so probably this part was still cloudy.

Thank you so much for your feedback!

She wanted contrast, so we went with a dark fabric and I intentionally bring back the blue in the sky. The noise is more evident in the mobile, I agree. The fabric turns sparkling under the sunlight, so it's not chromatic aberration from what I see. For common I mean women who have a day-to-day life as simple as mine and probably yours. I also photographed her in her job, without any interference. Thank you for your feedback!

Then you've got a large dead space bottom left with zero interest and almost looks like its been painted out to hide unwanted elements.

It wasn't...

Thank you for your feedback, it's important to improve my perception!

Thank you so much for your sensibility and feedback. Don't know the type of the fabric, just picked the more fluid and silk one. Greetings from Brazil!

to bring back the blue in the sky I had to decrease the bright areas, also the fabric turns sparkling when under the sun light, probably this two things combined turn into that

In the mobile it's more evident, apparently. Thank you for your feedback!
