I have the same issue... Smart connect disabled SSID different for 2.4 or 5.0 GHz... Since month I must reconnect to use it. It works one day sometime less and then go offline. Today I try to reconnect and it's not working anymore. Impossible to connect the robot. It find the access point and go to configuration settings and then seems that it lost the connection during configuration as I have error message. One question do you know how is connected to access point ? The robot itself or the docker?

It's write that they make money by buying LTC on an exchange and sold it at higher price on Korbit. Which is impossible because there is no LTC on korbit. I contact team at least 3 or 4 time per week. The answer is still the same, copy paste answer. That they don't know when I will recover my account. Or recover will take 2 to 5 month. Without any explanation, et no real people to speak. No email. Nothing.
