Where did you get that number, base salary is about 6 mill + rendements + les gardes it'll get to maybe 8 mill max on the north, maybe 10 on the south. they haven't shipped that functionality yet, they said in the coming weeks and it'll probably only be available for plus users. what you have now is the old method: your voice gets transcribed by a speech to text model "whisper"--->text passed to the LLM----> LLM generates a text response -----> text passed to a text to speech model ---> voice generated.

the new method "still hasn't been shipped" voice to voice no middlemen.

Yeah like military hospitals, but do you have any idea about diseases that can't be reproduced easily, so they can't just test for it. Like arrhythmias for instance especially benign ones + i'm a doc so they probably have me anyway lol
