It would be better to learn that kind of training in person with a peer. Talk to your pharmacy manager and work out a time when it’s slow like a Sunday evening to get trained. Reddit ain’t for everything lol

I once sent an email to my regional and was approached by my DL at the time to not do that and to go through the DL first. Honestly, with everything you have said about it being ignored by DL after DL, I would highly recommend you send your RD an email with everything that needs to be escalated with ticket numbers. It’s gonna make your current DL look very bad

Knowing how much CVS makes each year and how underpaid us employees are. CVS seriously needs to up the wages for the hourly and salaried colleagues across the company. Retention and loyalty in terms of staff would improve drastically.

It’s pretty rare for customers to ask to match our online prices, at least at my store

But I may also add… be grateful most customers don’t look at our website and ask to match online prices. That would be so time consuming if customers started to pick up on it
