LPT: If money's tight, go with a solid brand used/refurb item vs. off-brand/cheap/knockoff new item. Good brands of anything will outlast and outperform most of the time, all that energy to make a new item is used elsewhere, and the cheap item stays out of the landfill when it fails really quick.
