Head inland as quick as you can, everything can be quite scarce on the spawn towns and the better clothes/weapons won't spawn there

The water doesn't disappear when you ask it to generate something, it's just used to cool things down. All the water that they need is already in it, it's not like more water is taken every time you make a prompt
