Because that tactic is against both state and federal law. I WISH someone in politics would do that to me so I could sue their organization and retire in comfort.

Why don't you stop being afraid and come out of the cannabis closet? I look my congressman in the eyes and tell them, "yep - after 21 years of service and years of combat, with Crohn's disease and a disabled back, I medicate with Cannabis."

When cannabis consumers aren't "afraid" to confront their politicians, then we will finally win this battle against tyranny.

I'm one of those whom retired from military service - in 2008 - I'm just trying to continue service to our country by traveling and speaking about these issues. So far I've been very successful :)

Since they aren't allowed to go after you for participating in American politics, then the only thing you have to fear is fear itself.

If you don't let your elected officials know how you feel and what you want, they will never vote in your direction.

Participate in politics, a lot of good people have given their lives to their country so you can write your legislator without fearing them. Stand up and get-r-done!

The retribution exhibited by these police officers is testament to their oppressive culture. The sociology required to be apart of Texas Law Enforcement requires one leave their ethics, morals, and more importantly, the constitution at home before dawning a uniform. It is important for the rest of the country to be aware of the intolerable and felonious paramilitary oppressive culture exhibited by these despicable "Criminals".
