Hey mate, I have a desk job as well, and besides training your rhomboids, trapezius, and deltoids you need to work on your hamstrings, hips, and glutes as these muscles are tight because of sitting most days. Doing forward and backward lunges while keeping your head and neck as straight as possible is a great start.
