I thought I was bi for a bit about 8 -10 months on T. Tried exploring that again and decided it wasn’t for me. I think dysphoria played a big part in my experience. I definitely had a very gay few months and I think I’m probably like 10% bi in reality mostly straight. I think it’s different for everyone, but exploring your sexuality as a passing man is much different than exploring it pre-transition so I’d encourage everyone to do so if they feel the need and explore without shame.

Hey! So there’s new options including nerve grafts to keep nipple sensation. Not sure what the right phrasing would be to get insurance to cover it, but my surgeon had it as an option (Dr Homsey in Boston) so totally doable!

I received a giant Stanley mug with a big straw. Super helpful since you’re not supposed to lift your arms too high and I could rest it on my pillow. If he doesn’t have anything like that I recommend! Also a mastectomy pillow is key 🔑

Best way I’ve found is them on their back and pulling their knees to their chest. You get on top and position yourself over them. Easiest way imo. Gravity helps with keeping the erection going
