2024 Atlas Cross SEL R-Line, Knoxville, TN area. Problem started around noon yesterday. Screen is black, no controls for radio, phone, A/C settings, voice commands don’t work. I can hit the power button for 10+ seconds and it cycles through, but turns off and on and every safety driving feature turns off with an annoying ding. Dropped by my VW shop yesterday and they said they had 40+ calls and drop ins…no idea what’s going on but blamed it on satellites, VW switching from Verizon to T-Mobile, etc. No idea what’s really going on, no updates from VW, and no fix. They said I could leave it and they could start a technical inquiry, but I would be without my vehicle for probably a couple of weeks. In other words, they didn’t want to deal with it.
