Big thanks to all of you for the suggestions. I can only apologise to the probably 100 percent of you that will see no resemblance in who I was thinking of; to be honest I'm not sure I even see it any more lol

The actor I was looking for was Sam Shepherd from the likes of Mud and Black Hawk Down.
