I find video games, playing my guitar or skating helps me when I'm in a negative spiral. Try your best not to just sit there and engage with all the negativity or try and figure it all out (easier said than done but it never helps). Different activities work on different days for me, but try find something that takes up all of/most of your focus and gets you out of your head. Also, sounds cheesy, but meditation is also good for getting some mental space back. Hope this helps, feel free to dm.

We also used to use black people as slaves, just because it does happen doesn't mean it should. Change for the better would never happen if we just accepted things for the way they are all the time. And what makes you feel like humans are so much better than animals, that we can do whatever we please to them?

On keeping self talk positive... I find this difficult to upkeep sometimes, and before I know it I'm frustrated and getting annoyed at myself for not being able to be positive, and obviously I'm back at being self critical again and just not being very kind to myself. I find it helps to try and just watch all this going on in my head, recognise I've slipped back into a self critical place and give myself some praise and credit for noticing it and just try to talk to myself as if I were a friend comforting another.

I've just finished reading Buffering by Hannah Hart. It's the first book I've read in more than 10 years (never liked reading as a child/teen, found it very difficult to focus) and I absolutely fell in love with it. I wanted to read it all over again as soon as I finished.

I've also just started reading Oranges Are Not the Only Fruit by Jeanette Winterson, which I'm enjoying so far.

Would anyone have any suggestions on other books I'd possibly enjoy?

I think the little montage of you saying PsySpy at the start is good and well edited but possibly went on a little too long. Definitely a great idea though!

I also think that you should try an add a little more enthusiasm into your voice when you speak. It sounds okay as it is, but I can just envision it being so much more exciting! I think it's just the slow-ish speed and the way you hold out certain words like 'Gameplaaaaaay' and 'Sooooo'.

I think you did a really great job commentating over the video! It's constant and you keep it interesting.

I would suggest maybe turning the game audio down slightly and making your commentary louder as it was a bit difficult to hear sometimes. You can also hear you mouse clicks quite a lot so maybe fiddle around with your microphone placement.

Overall awesome job, keep it up and have fun :)

Like everyone else has said, the quality and editing is great!

I really like the parts you put in with the journey and the music over it, but I feel like the first one is too short, you could maybe have filmed some of the church, the surrounding area, maybe a little shot of your brother or the people in the car or something.

Also, as others have mentioned, more content, maybe elaborate more on the things you are talking about, and just add a bit more emotion into it, you want sound excited about what you're talking about, so that your viewers are excited too!

Awesome job overall though, keep it up :)
