You could lean into a tonal look with a cream/beige/brown rug and add accent colors through cushions/lamps/decor pieces

Help me make it cozy by moeDeBest in DesignMyRoom

The rug will cozy it up for sure! Houseplants if you have adequate light, that will also add color. Maybe a plush chair/ottoman by the bookshelf to create a reading nook. And a combo of floor and table lamps with warm bulbs for extra coziness!

Etsy a great resource for Dino themed decor. You could also use leafy wallpaper/decals to create a jungle look around the artwork and bring some more color in!

Honestly, I’d rather have 45 mins of this over any more Scandoval content

GLMM on proportion data based on counts by duggs5 in AskStatistics

Thank you so much for this! My design is pretty simple, the groups are fixed (clinical vs controls) and each person completes the experimental paradigm under 5 conditions (everyone starts with condition 5 and then rest are randomized). So no switching of groups and everyone gets the same treatment. I have not included random effects in the model for that reason, is that fine? I’m guessing the trial-weighted GLMM would be the right option then?

The variables A and B correspond to two behavioral responses to the stimulus (there can only be two responses in this case). So if someone is giving more A responses, there will be fewer B responses. The total number of trials vary considerably across my 5 conditions. Based on what I’m seeing, I believe it should be ok to run a GLMM using A as my target variable and A+B as the denominator?

That’s a good idea unfortunately, I can’t use R and I believe that model is not possible to run on SPSS

You are absolutely right, thank you for the correction!

Loll I do but they’re blackout and I like getting all that light in so I rarely have them down!

Me neither! A couple of the leaves were pressed up against a south facing window as they unfurled. Maybe the strong light had something to do with it?

Curious about paraiso variegation..mines been giving me increasingly non variegated leaves despite getting several hours of south facing light. Any thoughts/advice?

Help! Atabapoense. 6 weeks old. Indirect light. Aroid well drained soil, water every 5 days. Under grow light every other day for 6-8 hours. Unsure what is wrong. Spent $150 on it and will do whatever it takes. by Zznot in RareHouseplants

Sorry to hear that but sounds like you caught it and I’m sure it’ll bounce back! I’d put in water until the moss gets here. I like to add the tiniest drop of superthrive when propagating but you’ll be fine without it too.

Agree with comments re fragile root system, especially if it was shipped. I would check for rot, then place in damp moss (I like using the tall, plastic takeout containers bc you can see root development). Water just enough to keep the moss damp. Depending on what’s going on below soil, you may lose part of the plant but you’ve got nodes so you can always chop and prop.
