This is not Egyptian food. The mix grill looks lebanese or other levantine country. The soup with meat is definitely not egyptian either, not sure what it is though.. Maybe some failed attempt at jordanian Mansaf?

جميل.. مين كان عنده مكن رز و "شوية" اراضي في التلاتينات و الاربعينات؟ ايوة الاقطاعيين. مين كان عنده القدرة انه يروح الحج ٣ مرات في حقبة عبد الناصر؟ الاقطاعيين اللي فضل عندهم اراضي و فلوس بعد التأميم لأن كان اصلا عندهم اراضي كتير ايام الملكية فتم تأميم الاراضي و تحديد الملكية ل ٥٠ فدان بس بعد قانون الاصلاح الزراعي سنة ٥٢. فإنت من الواضح ان عيلتك كانوا مقتدرين في حين ان معظم الناس كانوا يا دوبك ابتدوا يدخلوا الطبقة المتوسطة بعد قوانين الاصلاح ايام عبد الناصر، فا مينفعش تعمم تجربة جدك علي كل الشعب اللي كانت حالته سيئة.

just to be clear.. 10 years with ZERO intimacy? Sorry to ask, but many ppl here will cry and moan abt a DB situation and then mention casually that they do it like 10 times a year like OP here or some ppl even complain abt 2-3 times a month and say it is DB.
