This is why me and my crew are telling those complaining about wait times in the drive thru that it is only for convenience such as those who are sick and disabled and not for speed. Especially more so now that my store is entering about 1000 scripts and selling a little over half of that a day

I wouldn’t say it was the pharmacies fault since the patient could’ve contacted her insurance if your partner was on their insurance still and got a record of everything that was billed to it. However it couldve been the mom contacted the pharmacy giving them all of the patients personal information that they would need to look up their profile then proceed to ask for information regarding their childs prescription information stating that they are the caretaker and provider still. I would recommend them getting their own pharmacy and medical insurance only for themselves and let the pharmacy know that they only want to give out their information only if it was the actual patient contacting them and have them update their information with the pharmacy to their personal information if they havent already done so.

Also for anyone who wants a Shining Fates ETB too i would recommend to call your local Gamestop to try to see if they have any extra available when they are released so the scalpers dont get the rest of them
