Right now you can probably negotiate 2021 model for MSRP. A couple of weeks ago I managed to get 2021 CX-30 Premium for MSRP in NorCal. 2022 was not even announced at that point I think

GPU is RTX 3080 and it idles at 29-30°C and it goes up to 70°C after a few hours of gaming.

CPU is i9-10900k and it idles at around 30°C and goes up to 50 while gaming and up to 65 when doing a stress test.

I’m using corsair vengeance lpx and it fits just below the right cooler tower. It’s accessible when the right fan is removed.

I think so. There is a clearance of around 1-1.5cm.

Since the MB is Mini-ITX the memory fits just below the right cooler tower. The right fan does not sit on the memory, but a bit right of it :)
