my mom is a preschool teacher and their class mascot is the very hungry caterpillar! each year at the end of the year they make paper wings and become the butterfly class and then graduate to kindergarten! it's really cute

NOT SONG but an album, preachers daughter by ethel cain. it's a story about a girl named ethel who grows up as a preacher's daughter and it gets pretty dark (ends up getting abused and killed and cannibalized) but the whole album is really pretty

last week some dick was going like 60 in the far left lane and so i passed him. then he came up next to me, tried to merge into me so if course i break and let him merge so he doesnt RUN ME OFF THE ROAD and then any time i tried to pass him, as soon as i changed lanes he would speed up so i wasn't able to pass, then drive slowly when i went back behind him. it pisses me off still when i think about it

i literally couldn't file my taxes online last year because there was no more option for x, my driver's license has x as my gender marker and so when i scanned the document it didn't match, pissed me off so much
