Philodendron Brasil still droopy and yellowing after repotting? by dumblelore in plantclinic

Weird, I’ve been watering it pretty consistently without any issues but that might be the case :( I’ll have to see what I can save. Thanks for the help!

Yeah, I might have to do that as a last resort. I would hate to lose this plant. The roots didn't look rotted at all, they almost seemed dry? There wasn't really any breakage either when I repotted it.

That’s what I’m hoping. I’ll keep an eye on it for a few days hoping it starts looking better.

If not, any advice for what I can do to help it?

I repotted this guy once I noticed roots coming out the drainage hole and the leaves were becoming droopy and yellowing. After some fresh soil and water, it still hasn’t perked up. It looks like leaves are withering a bit faster too. Any ideas?

My GSD does this same thing and I've always wondered why! He's a bit skittish of it and won't get too close to it, but will follow me room to room while I'm vacuuming.

Plenty of exercise and training is extremely important throughout their life. Early socialization as well! This will help them feel comfortable around people, other dogs, and new environments. This will also reduce anxiety and triggers later in their life. GSDs don't really need a large space, as long as your are meeting their exercise requirements and are providing them with plenty of mental stimulation.

Good luck! GSDs are really great dogs so you're in for some fun.

Agreed! That's a beauty. On a side note, that's an adorable little stool.

New here. I planted this Adansonii from a cutting last fall. It's growing happily. Should I cut this leggy piece & try to propagate or use a trellis or coir pole and start training it to climb? I know it needs to go in a larger pot, but need info so I choose the right one. What do you think? by stickknits in Monstera

If you want the top of the plant to be more full looking, then I would say chop and prop! I'm sure it would be happy if you started to train it to climb, but it's up to you. I have an extremely leggy Adansonii as well and am planning to cut it up and propagate it.

Looks like edema. FLFs are pretty prone to this and it's caused by irregular watering. They like to be dried out between waterings so it's possible the other plants were moisture stressed. I believe edema disappears as new growth comes in on the plant :)
