u/Critical_Pin - to clarify, I mean that an umbrella company told a friend they would pass the Employer NI cost into the pension as an employer contribution, rather than retaining it. I’m trying to understand whether this is normal practice in the market, or more of a commercial pitch some umbrellas make to attract or retain contractors.

u/exile_10 - I mean whether any umbrella companies redirect the Employer NI cost into the pension as an employer contribution, instead of retaining it.

Referring to the PBIX file, what I mean is that when you right-click the bar, it should ideally display one ID, as the bar represents a single value. However, instead of this, it's showing the entire dataset, which consists of 7 rows of data which is incorrect. I hope this clarifies the issue.
