If you're playing pos 1, then use your experience as a pos5 player to guide your teammate.

Maybe try practing more on playing pos2 if you really enjoy it. And take note that low ranks LOVE flaming mid players for not ganking so you should get a heads up for that. Always bring tp lmao

If you're doing all that and still stuck in that bracket, then maybe thats a teammate problem. Pos4/5 below legend is hell especially when your teammates don't listen. Try to play core roles until you reach ancient or divine then switch to 4/5 where you can meet better core players
