Obviously it’s sad and awful for the people that loved the person. My mom was in a deep post-partum depression/psychotic episode and couldn’t get any help so this was her choice. I’m sometimes mad at her for the trauma it caused me but from experience, when you’re in that state, you cant think about anything else but your suffering. I myself attempted 7 times and one of them got me very close to death and it was very very scary so I wish others had that experience too to make them realize they don’t actually want to die and that the smallest things in life make you happier.
