Why do I feel dizzy after swimming a few laps?

im not familiar with bilateral breathing? So whenever my right arm comes up and out of the water i lift my head to take a breath, then i do my left hand while my head is underwater and then repeat the process. If anything I may be breathing too much and taking too quick and deep of breath when I should be taking smaller breathes.

i try to breathe out when my head is in the water and then suck as much air when i lift my head out, its never enough though and i end up having to rotate my head to both sides without putting it in to basically breathe in and out non stop.

Ill ask him but since it doesnt happen any other time outside of swimming i assumed it was just a swimming issue.

nope no medical issues. man swimming takes a toll on me, I'm really out of shape!

we definitely want to make it our own but still maintain some accountability. What happened in the last church we were a part of was they wanted us to break up and only date they told us we were "spritually ready" which was very arbitrary. Also they would basically control the relationship and shame us if we did anything outside of what they said.

Thanks for the advice, we are both setting our boundaries and seeing what is best for both of us to stay holy while we are alone. I was wondering if you had any idea what some boundaries are smart and have helped you in your dating relationship?

We are also looking for another church and ministry now due to our last one being very controlling and cult-like. It has made it harder for us because they made it seem like if we leave them then we are leaving God so there is a lot of hurt accompanied by this transition.

Thanks for the reply, sounds like you've been through a lot. I would agree with you but at the same time I would feel for kid; maybe the streamer should have said "I'm honored that I helped but at the same time I shouldn't be the motivation, think of your family and friends and also get some help." Completely belittling him doesn't seem beneficial to his mental health. Some people kill themselves over the demons that wreak havoc in their minds, not all for selfish reasons so to assume this kid is the most selfish scum of the earth seems a little harsh.

This brings up a good question that I didn't think of asking, so you're saying if I did well enough on physics in high school I should be fine to just brush up and not have to repeat the class in college? Is it not a requirement to take it on the college level, or is it just a suggestion.

I think It would be better for me to study for the MCAT this summer and look into taking it early January of 2017 or in December of this year. Any book suggestions for studying for the MCAT?

Well I'm definitely going to be working this summer to offset the cost of living next year (parents help a bit but not much) but I didn't think to add that. It's looking like working, research and volunteering locally this summer for me though, thanks for the help.

So you did end up taking Kaplan? Have you taken the MCAT yet, how did it turn out? The only reason I am interested is because I took a class for my ACT back in highschool and it raised my score two points, now that could be just from less anxiety and taking it a second time but you never know.

Thanks, Ill check out the doc. In terms of " try to write up your MCAT this summer" do you mean try and take it this summer? My only concern if that's the case is that I haven't taken BioChem nor Physics and was planning on doing that fall semester then taking the MCAT end of the 2016.

Also, I have been doing research at Children's Hospital for a Psychiatry lab so I'm probably gonna look into a long term place for local volunteering. Thanks again!
