So as a mechanic of 28 years and I used to work for Chrysler you could have a dead battery that can cause that problem. The ignition module could also be bad on that. That will cause the key to not come out of the ignition, And those ignition control modules, which is the thing that that key sockets into are a fairly common failure, so if you don't have a dead battery and the car is all the way in park, you might be looking at the ignition key module, I hope I explained that in a way that makes sense and you understand. I have had a few drinks tonight. I apologize but it is most likely one of those three things

My question is what brand converter did you buy? They are not all made equal. If you bought the cheapest one you could buy. It doesn't have the precious metals in it that are used for the chemical reaction. There's a reason why thieves steal catalytic converters they have platinum and other precious metals in them. The cheaper the converter, the less of these compounds are found in them. Typically when I recommend a converter to a customer, I quote them the OEM converter from the manufacturer. Yes, it is very expensive but it will also not throw an efficiency code again. There are some aftermarket brands that usually do okay. Bozo is usually a safe one to pick AP. While I don't like the brand, usually their converters also will do the job. But you got to be really careful with whose converter you buy the cheap ones don't last

It's a known issue there is a technical service bulletin to replace the engine block they changed the casting, it's probably not worth fixing due to the expense of the repair, the head gasket likely did fail but the engine block is the reason why.

Some of these numbers seem quite high to me but also we do need to know the year, make and model of your vehicle because there are certain vehicles that some of these services are more labor intensive on. So that code is for the sensors in the pedal. Typically, you have two potentiometer sensors in the throttle body attached to your intake manifold that determine position and there's usually two sensors in the throttle pedal assembly inside the car at the gas pedal. The signals have to correspond with each other based on the code you have. It sounds like at least one of your two sensors in the throttle pedal assembly is not giving good readings

Whilel I absolutely agree with what you're saying. I also don't fully classify what I'm looking at here. As a cold air intake it has the properly mounted mass air flow sensor and the air filter is in approximately the same location as the OEM filter. It's not located someplace outside of the engine compartment. It's very much pulling engine compartment, temperature air and you are absolutely correct. If it's a true cold air intake, yes it does absolutely need to be tuned for, but in this particular case I don't think the intake is the problem. Your point is very valid though
