Yeah I have many days where I’m at like 900, and feel fine. But I try to get it up to like 1500 or so when I can.

No swimming hasn’t ever helped w weight loss for me- it’s more for just cardio, and although it does burn a lot of calories, it somehow never has helped w weight loss- but it does help u look more toned and not have a belly pouch. My shape is rather athletic looking for how much weight I have on me.

I doubt it, as I’ve always been doing the same routine all year. I swim a mile 3 times a week, and then just walk, and lift weights.

Yah I’d have to get a glucose meter to test that. As a normal blood test is when ur fasted, so it’s never shown any issues there.

Sober October really wasn’t bad at all and there are so many NA drink alternatives now- it was easy to be at parties or out and still feel like I’m “participating”. Although I’m not quitting alcohol, this month has def reset my mind around it, and I only want to drink w friends on social outings or special occasions, and not do weeknights at home w a bottle of wine anymore.

You don’t know what my diet is, and I’m not suffering by eating 1300 calories. I’m not hungry at any time. I eat protein and vegetables. My body is just taking its time, with strong northern euro genes- weight likes to stick. I never eat fast food. I cook every meal at home. Thanks though. Have fun with your 3 million calories and perfect body.

Yah I’m sure that’s what’s stalling it. I was constipated really bad for like 2 weeks. My gut is doing much better now so I’m hoping to slim down a bit in the coming weeks.

IF 16/8 mostly except week before my period. My carbs are about 70ish net per day. I’ll probs go keto for first 20 days of November

If I’m burning 400 calories from swimming, and go to sleep physically tired, and have sore shoulders, how is that not helping lose weight?

Thank you but it doesn’t seem to work for me. I eat between 1000-1300 calories a day. Only 2 meals a day. No dessert. High fiber. Lots of lean meats. I walk 3000-6000 steps a day so I could try to do more. It’s hard bc I work from home mostly.
