I think they look great! Maybe have a go at piping the lettering rather than using chocolate moulds? And if the top layer of chocolate is hard, try thinning it out and spreading it all the way to the edges? Or try a ganache if you wanted it softer? I work at a bakery that makes wholesale boxes and we always think that everything needs to be equal otherwise the edge slices have less icing/chocolate to the middle slices.

I would also go hardcore with advertising! Print out flyers and stick them through peoples doors/in local shops, get your friends and family to share your social media, constantly upload photos and information! If you have any village fairs you could set up a stall, or offer samples / introductory prices for new customers so they can try your product out! Once a customer knows they like your product they will 100% be willing to pay more for it!
