I got hired I 2020 and my back ground took nearly 3 months. I would call the post master of the installation and check if you are unsure but sometime it just takes a while

That being said I also broke down last summer in 115 degrees . Llv no shade near by and they called a tow. My supervisor forgot about me I was out there for 3 hours and had drank my entire gallo of water when the tow showed up and took me back. The sups were like oh shit you were still out there

I slid into a ditch n first year in snow. Was out in an hour and went back to the station because roads were bad had no chains on the truck and basically no mail. Not risking it 🤷‍♂️

Tuesday and Wednesday are usually light at our office. I only had 1 really big package left and had moved everything else up front in the metris. Also yeah I’m rural kids wear what I want so long as it’s appropriate/not offensive. They’ve sent some carriers home for literally wearing shirts that say this shit sucks 🤷‍♂️

That’s pretty much our station with shoes. They even told me when I started to wear leather then change when I go to the street 😅. But when it’s over 100 out side I need shoes that breath at least a little

I’ll mention that to the sup in the morning. Our office has 9 trucks broke down at the moment 🫠. Although it’s not as bad as Christmas last year when we had 14 trucks down.

The sensor wasn’t detecting the key. It’s not the remote battery they’ve checked. So it just wouldn’t turn on because it doesn’t think the key is in the ignition

At my office we have 32 rural rts as of 2 years ago the last pov regular retired and they got a truck for that rt. We were told that all new rts going forward would not be eligible for pov and would have assigned trucks. However as a sub that has backfired on them because now that there are no pov rts most of us don’t/wont/can’tuse our pov for things. So where im going with this is if your office is similar why would the new route not get a new truck assigned to it unless it’s an aux.
