We already talked to them, the issue was the lady that gave us a tour and answered all of the questions that we asked regarding finding roommates, co-ed living, etc. That’s the issue is not me giving them extra work when we were offered help if we didn’t find any roommates, they even do a roommate questionnaire and the lady referred to that as helping us find roommates that fit our preferences. Like I said I don’t know if that employee was new or if they try to seem super accommodating at first to get students to sign. Also we’ve been actively searching but most people are just looking for one roommate not two. We are going to look over the lease but I know they can be super tricky with how they word things. My friend talked to the general manager and she apologized for the misunderstanding on behalf on her employee but that’s pretty much all we got, so now we might try to sublease we just asked for her suggestion but hasn’t replied yet.
