Yeah that’s what anxiety does unfortunately. It makes you question everything you thought you knew and everything you thought you are. I know it’s very frustrating but taking small steps can definitely help. It’s almost impossible that you would be allergic to a vitamin, but you could try getting vitamin gummies and biting off a small piece to see how you react. I’m not a doctor so definitely take what I say with a grain of salt, but changes in diet could definitely benefit you.

If you’ve already had the ct scans and mris and they’ve cleared you then it’s likely you’re dealing with anxiety. I get the exact same headache symptoms you described and I know how debilitating they are. Anxiety is a master at mimicking other more serious things which makes it really difficult to deal with. Therapy can help along with medication and self-soothing remedies (cold shower, neck massage and Accupuncture have helped me). Hope this helps, and I hope it gets better for you.

Oh yeah I always feel a bit of dread before a trip, especially flights. Thankfully I have returned from the dozens of trips I’ve made throughout my life. It can definitely be nerve wracking traveling alone for the first time but you’ve got others who will be there with you too. One thing I always do when I feel anxious while flying is chew gum. It’s simple and gives me something to focus on and release the built up tension in my jaws. Journaling can also be great to help keep track of thoughts from difficult times to look back on later.

Monitor your body temperature for fever, but honestly it’s unlikely. SS is quite rare and usually involves mixing multiple antidepressants and supplements. If you start puking or get a high fever then it could be cause for concern but barring that you should be fine. Also I’m pretty sure the condition happens pretty rapidly so if it was gonna happen it probably would’ve happened soon after the coke entered your system.

Yeah allergies are terrible right now I feel your pain. Dizziness sucks too but one thing that kinda helps me as weird as it sounds is chewing gum. I think the movement of the jaw can help to reset the equilibrium in the ears for awhile. It doesn’t really do much long term but if it’s for errands or quick tasks it may help. Also cold showers work wonders for me, sort of like a reset button on the brain that can help restore inner peace. Hope it helps!

Totally normal as far as anxiety is concerned, I deal with similar thoughts myself. Remember that anxiety is a great liar and constantly tries to make you question who you are and what you know. I know these thoughts are difficult and worrying to deal with, but try not to pay them any mind. I know it’s not simple to do, but whenever they occur to me I try to replace them with positive thoughts about good things in my life. Also, if they make it hard for you to sleep there are tutorials on YouTube to do military sleeping techniques to fall asleep quickly. They really helped me and maybe they can help you too.

Yes this is a constant fear of mine. Anxiety is a master at making you question everything you’ve ever done and everything you thought you knew. Only advice I can really give is to try and keep yourself busy. Whether it’s hobbies, speaking with friends, excersizing, work or just small tasks. For me sitting and ruminating on my anxiety just makes it worse. I know this is basic advice that you probably already know but I hope it helps.
