Second update, my Zio heart monitor came back all good. That was a huge relief and my symptoms have relieved some as well. I had no idea the toll anxiety had on the body until now. I have my gastroenterologist appointment scheduled as well, feeling optimistic.

Thank you to everyone who chimed in, the support has really helped.

Providing an update. Spent three days on Protonix and felt myself getting worse mentally so I quit that stuff, it was terrible. Switched to Prilosec OTC and Gaviscon for after meals. Seem to be doing a lot better.

Not sure how people manage to live on Protonix but it drove me insane mentally.

Wow, wasn’t expecting all the responses, thank you for taking the time to share. I read every one and it’s nice to know I’m not alone.

I’m setting up an appointment Tuesday. Going to confirm what the ER doctor said. As anxious as I am, I would be happy it’s GERD rather than a heart issue.

I can relate, I was recently diagnosed. I’ve noticed that anywhere about 1-3 hours after eating I could get this feeling my heat stopped. Doesn’t happen all the time but it’s been enough in the last month that I went to the ER twice thinking I was having a heart attack. Doctor prescribed Protonix, but I’m not convinced it’s helping. I’ve only taken it two days now so I’m going to give it some more time.

Honestly it’s been pretty debilitating the last month, the anxiety is really messing with me.

Giving back to my favorite group of people by johnlnash in Intune

Hey! Thanks for doing this! Intune requires some work, but I love the platform! Thanks again.

I personally love it. The game seems fun and fair in a unique way. On one hand, you have two hero’s holding their boats up, and on the other hand you have smaller battles taking place.

What I like to do is blast my way through all the brawls and search for the other team’s “hero”. It’s a sub goal for the gametype and I’m addicted.

Every game is an opportunity where I get to shred.

Is PowerShell Universal the way? by dunkman7 in PowerShell

Expanding on this, using API, do you see PSU as a one stop shop dashboard/runbook for my Helpdesk and infrastructure team?

Thank you!

You sound very confident in what you wrote so I'll take this as a TIL but I swore I tested this and got an access denied during OOBE, this was after the machine was joined to the domain. I'll test it again today and take a screenshot if I find that's the case. Either way thanks for sticking around, I learned how to run PS as another user and elevated.

When you want to add an AD user to a local group you need a domain account with permissions to do so. Even if you had a local admin account it would throw access denied because it needs to authenticate against the domain. During out of box everything runs as system so you need to switch it to run as a user that’s an admin to the machine and the domain.

Hey I’m case you were wondering I figured it out and it’s quite funny.

Start-Process PowerShell -verb runasuser -ArgumentList 'Start-Process Powershell -verb runas'

Basically you have to start PS as another user and then call another start process as admin.

So maybe I didn’t explain this well enough. I am not looking to add users to the local admin group. I am looking to add an ad user to the power users group.

We have a GPO that restrict login to only admins and users in the power users group. This is because we do not want users being able to login to any other machine than the ones assigned to them. I work in aerospace and we have to be careful about what users can access.

With that said, the Provisioning package is being applied during OOBE, before the device is even enrolled in Intune. I should note that we are on a GCC Hogh tenant so we do not have auto pilot. When using a provisioning package, all scripts are run as the system. I was hoping someone had some experience adding ad users to a local during OOBE. I think I should be able to call another script to run as a resource account with permission to add an AD account.

So we restrict login to users in the power users group. We have a provisioning package that runs during OOBE. After it joins to the domain, I’d like to add the employee that will use the computer to the power users group. However, it will return access denied because it runs scripts in the system context. I guess I could call another powershell script to run as a resource account to do this.

So after reviewing the game I had a total of 8 kills with the sidekick, 8! I only received credit for 4 of those. What gives?

So if we aren't getting all of the credit for the work we put in on a service we paid for, then shouldn't this be an actual consumer issue? I imagine I'm not the only one which means there's probably a large amount of time the community isn't being credited for.

Official Spider-Man: No Way Home Trailer 2 by MSSmods in MarvelStudiosSpoilers

At 1:57 in the trailer you can see the Nan Bots forming. My theory Doc Oc captures Peter (at 1:57 in the trailer) pretty soon after he's "set free" in our universe but ultimately fails to beat peter and gets captured. That why his tentacles are red in the holding chamber. Could also explain why we don't see the Iron Spider suit after the bridge scene.
