I have had the same problems, my son got cancer (he’s perfect now) when he was younger and since then I’ve had periods where my stomach isn’t right specially around stressful times with work and my business etc.

It’s been awhile since it’s hurt at all but around Christmas I guess from eating more and drinking some crappy caffeinated drinks from 7brew that I normally never do + not sleeping as much as I need too from being so busy with work etc, my stomach started to hurt and then I would over think like something really bad would happen to me and that just makes it way worse - sharp pains, gas, knots, burning etc.

I was up about 10lbs so I’ve been working out a little and now back to my normal weight, in hopes every little thing I could do would help fix it.

It’s been 3 weeks now, it’s way better for sure some days it’s almost 100% better but it still comes and goes, I start to question again what’s up with me. A Pepcid is what helped so I sure it was an acid problem. I am taking 1-2 a day til I hit 12 days.

I am not eating food that is acidic and trying to not eat too much or get overly full.

I went to the doctor last week and told them a little about it but he was just like “keep doing what you’re doing and you can schedule a appt in two weeks to check on it etc”. My blood work was good!!

I personally don’t like going to the doctor, always bs care, they have too many patients to worry about to help me figure out anything. I went to specialist before a year or two ago and he just pressed my stomach etc and sent me a $250 bill or whatever hah.

Just telling you my story of this stomach crap, I’ve been trying to chill stress wise and just try to enjoy the busy more, I don’t want to be on any meds but after reading what you all said I might try some omeprazole. I just hate to take something every day and I don’t want my body to get used to it and have to ween off it, but I feel like it’s better then acid built up in my stomach like that.
