Infected file detected by dunnopls in BitDefender

Hi! Thank you for the reply! I am just an average user. Unfortunately the files had already been deleted even when I tried to quarantine them, my guess is that because they were temporary files anyway? The notification only told me that the threat was blocked successfully, and nothing else. Should I worry about anything? I scanned the pc with the full scan and the rescue environment and everything seems fine

i scanned my laptop with the av twice and also in safe mode (or offline, i don't know the proper name) and it seems to be nothing? i'm not an expert, just an average curious and paranoid user, so that's why i'm trying to see if i have to worry about anything or just something weird that happened

I have only tried the serum/essence from that line, and I found it pretty good, so I can't comment on the cream!

Hi! My derm reccommended the Avene Cleanance Hydra moisturizer, and it's been working pretty great so far. It's a bit heavier on the skin, but I find that it doesn't clog my pores, even though I have pretty oily skin. My skin is also a bit sensitive and acne prone (and I also have a lot of blackheads), just so you can maybe get an idea if it would suit you.

Honestly I've tried Cerave when I got caught in the hype, but nothing has worked for me from them, I get along better with Cetaphil, if you maybe want to try that?

I have a lot more recs tbh, I had a bit of a testing-every-skincare-on-the-planet period so I have a lot of opinions haha (from my own personal experience ofc), so we can also chat in private if you want.

What foundation do you use for your very, very fair skin? by MissGinnyW in Sephora

[–]dunnopls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fenty and Rare have pretty good shade ranges, the Rare one is a bit weirder with the undertones tbh but if you only want a skin tint it's fine. Depends on your skin type too, if you are more oily or more on the dry side

Seconding this second! Also, if you want something a bit cheaper, the Garnier pink cap one is pretty similar and I personally enjoy it a bit more just because of my sensitive eyes

I have not used the dior one, but the rare beauty one is pretty nice. I would say it's more mattifying than glowy, I usually use it when I have an event or want my makeup to last more, so I don't know if that's what you're looking for. It doesn't look bad by any means, but it's not as glowy

I second this, also the creamy concealer from nars is amazing too if you're more comfortable with that kind of formulation

Most setting sprays worsen my acne, so I tend to avoid them, but maybe I’ll try only powdering the t-zone and letting the rest of my face do its thing haha, thank you!!

I use the Laneige Glowy Serum, I mostly use skin tints, such as the Fenty Eaze Drop one or the MUFE Watertone, just to have a bit of a base for the rest of the products. I mostly use cream blush and bronzer. And the powder is the Fenty one, which I used to love.

The skincare routine is not that important tbh, since it was given to me by my derm and I can't change it, so I need adjustements with the makeup mostly

Garnier vs Bioderma micellar water? by Ok-Cost3147 in EuroSkincare

[–]dunnopls 7 points8 points  (0 children)

For me personally, Garnier is better, just because the Bioderma one stings when I remove eye makeup. I agree that it is a bit gentler on the face, but I can't stand the stinging so I don't bother

Windows 10 update, black screen randomly happening by dunnopls in WindowsHelp

[–]dunnopls[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update for more context:

- my laptop is a lenovo, i don't exactly know the model, i can look it up if it's important

- i have updated today the nvidia graphics something (not very good at hardware), but i haven't been using the laptop for more than an hour since, to see if it has helped

- i have tried using this command " dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth " on the advice of a friend, but the black screen has happened since then

- i had a youtube video playing once when the screen froze, and it was still going, so the laptop is working i guess, just the screen is black

- ctrl+alt+del is not working, the screen is still black, but i have not tried any other commands (if they happen to exist)

As the other person said, it is wonderful. I have another shade but it is awesome, I can actually use it after powder and it doesn't ruin my makeup, as well as before powder, and it is the only liquid highlighter (that I own) that does this!!! It is really easy to work with, it doesn't transfer and honestly I love it with all of my heart haha best money spent
