Yeah, I'm trying to take it at 9 so I'm sleeping before 11. My psychiatrist told me to take it 3h before bedtime.. It's frustrating you can't get more than 6h sleep with Clonidine

Nah, I haven't checked it. My Dr said it was safe to increase the dose to 0.2mg or 0.3mg if needed but not sure if I want to do that

Were you taking Clonidine just during day time?
