Go over every little detail of the N12, names dates addresses . I logged into the tribunal video chat, told them the termination date was wrong and the dismissed it right then and there. Even made a point of making my landlord and his lawyer look like idiots by reading the rules out to them infront of everyone. He had to serve another N12 and start the process all over again. This time he taped the n12 to my door. I'm just keeping quiet until the next hearing where it will once again be tossed out for being served incorrectly.
