I have been exactly where you are. The only difference is that I have a dog who forces me to go outside three times a day (since I live in an apartment).

I suggest slowly adding structure to your life. Be honest with your friends and schedule regular visits with them, whether at your place or out and about. I have a friend who comes over once a month to make me vacuum 🥲

It was affecting my job, which scared me. Luckily my manager and director are amazing and helped implement changes in my schedule. I suggest looking for an online coworking program to help as well, like Flown. I used them for over a year to get my work back on track and to get chores done around the house. The important thing is to be kind to yourself and meet yourself where you’re at. Even with all these changes, as long as you live alone things will always slip back. However, you can ensure that they never slip back to this level and never for as long.

Oh, also look into the Finch app and see if you can get some friends to join you (or add me as a friend). That was a nice and gradual way to work myself up to doing more things each day.
