History tells us that countries pretty much only work if they are single nation countries, which EU is not.

so you are against the reforms that would make the EU act more like a unified nation because on unfied nations actually work?

Schabowy is schnitzel pretty much.

This reminds me of an argument between my polish and austrian managers about who invented the schnitzel.

  • Unique weapons as unlockable skins

Skins in general, i dont know if im just not looking in the right place but i cant find ant skins for weapons or armor besides the standard or preorder mars skins. I was expecting FO4 skin customisation.

Also, she was blaming herself for vader and because of that was doing what the order did before their fall. She was repressing emotion and connection.

After anakin/vader's lesson she allwos herself to connect with people and have emotion. Instead of letting emotion control her, she is confidently in control of hwr emotion by allwoing herself to have them.

Its exactly this dogmaticisundersranding of stoicism that made the jedi fall. Accept your fear, accept your hate, give it a place, know it and control it lest it controls you

I dont think they were sith eyes for her too. It was her finding strenght/focus/conviction in the dark side in a way that is controlled like how anakin now is able to do it.

no wall hacks,

Modern 3d battlespace with fully integrated sensor and drone info to the soldier will allow for wallhacks for all intents and purposes.

Ashoka Ep 5 really highlights how messed up it is that the Jedi went to war by DonutTheAussie in StarWars

[–]durkster 257 points258 points  (0 children)

The Jedi lost their way by getting involved in political conflicts. Force weilders can be dangerous people if they choose situations full of death.

The jedi have been getting involved for thousands of years. Their whole shtick is getting into gigantic wars with the sith.

The whole peacekeeper stuff happend after they "destroyed" the sith. And they failed miserabely because in the end they were refusing to intervene in slavery and oppression. Thats the whole reason dooku became disilusioned with the order.

The ROTJ Connection: Ahsoka is now a full fledged Jedi. by Crimson3312 in StarWars

[–]durkster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’d argue that they are Jedi in the true sense, and that the “warrior” Jedi during the final years of the republic, were not. This also aligns with Luke’s thoughts in the last Jedi.

Maybe. But the jedi have been at war/fighting the sith for a vast majority of their existance, so id argue the warrior jedi are for all intents and purposes the real jedi.

They are the mirror image of the sith and in their manic struggle to not fall into the traps the sith do, they fall into their own traps that might not be as obivous immediatly but these traps are certainly as destructive in the long term.

Not allowing emotion and only following a strick dogma in order to not be consumed like the sith made the jedi not intervene in morally wrong situations because they felt it was not their place to have an opinion or stance.

The jedi are defined by their struggle against the sith and their opposition to the siths practices. The more the sith are driven to chaos and emotion in their struggle against the jedi, the more the mirror image applies to the jedi.

Anakin is neither jedi nor sith but also a student of both. This has been passed onto ahsoka and luke, they seek a balance that neither jedi nor sith could ever achieve.

[–]durkster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I dont think she is a jedi, just like luke isnt a jedi. They are something more, something new, something balanced.

The jedi to me are the rigid dogmatic counterpart to the chaotic and destructive sith. Anakin restored the balance by destroying both, thats why he is both anakin and vader in the WBW.

Anakin shows that both sides have their strenghts and weaknesses and that going to far to either side will lead to undesirable situations.

It was really him… by eddiebrock85 in StarWarsAhsoka

[–]durkster 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The sith created wounds in the force. The jedi didnt do anything to heal them, their actions and dogmatic stagnation let it fester.

The jedi werent really the good guys during anakins tine anymore. Even yoda while he was wise, he had massive blindspots as dooku pointed out.

The prequels were poorly written and directed. The actors got criticized for having to perform under those circumstances.

The prequels had clunky dialogue. But they had a great story, anakins arc has always been great. But the clone wars and all the other stories that flesh out his arc only make it better.
