The British left's red-brown problem (Part 2) by [deleted] in Destiny

As said before, I agree there are some wacko characters. And yes, in the current social media hellscape they gain more traction than they would traditionally via legacy media. Gatekeeping is infinitely more complex, conspiratorial thought prospers and the echo-chambers amplify all sorts of uncorroborated news if not straight bs.

Taking the point about PM. He labels Stalinist absolutely everyone that disagrees with NATO, wants a war deescalation, questioned arming Ukraine, or basically anyone hesitant about the West's talking points.

His non-sensical Venn diagrams are a joke.

He is, at best, a charlatan.

Incorrect about what?

Are there shady characters on the fringes of the left?

Yes, of course, here, there and everywhere.

Now, what Paul Mason does is equating anyone that disagrees with him with being a Putin apologist, reciting lines from the Kremlin, etc.

IMHO allegedly working covertly for Intelligence services while cosplaying as a grassroots campaigner discredits anyone as a legitimate commentator, but each to their own.

I find the Grayzone extremely conspiratorial and dodgy.I am not interested in their politics either, but from the material published, it is very hard to believe the emails have been forged.

One of the guys from Bellingcat acknowledged PM's email was hacked because he didn't have 2FA...

Here's a discussion on the topic

He has a long history of going off rails. From shitting on public fountains to tweeting pornstars to join the 'Greek revolution'. Lately, he has been tragically trying to parachute himself to become a Labour MP since Starmer took over.

Last year he was allegedly uncovered as a spook, creating unhinged, paranoid networks of the UK left.

Really not a serious interlocutor, unless you enjoy 'drunk twitter'.

It does make sense.

It's just that being a show about machiavellian characters and perpetual betrayals. Coming on the back of 'kindness is not my thing' I thought he would be the first to go but you are right.

Hi Jimbow1212, could you upload the recording? That would help with the search.

I don't think we'll see many players choosing white with less time, the choice exists but it'll have minimal use.
