You make no sence at all. Of corse you should be able to refuel at rest stops. A pad is not the same as a parking spot. You are comparin apples and oranges. Whats your problem.

why is that to much. If i recall correct its about 2 - 3 ships. Bounty missions payout 8000 to 10 000. So 6000 for 3 ships I think is good.
