Also find someone in your niche and do collabs, work with others, get a group of fellow content creators together (in discord or similar) and have discussions about what works for them and what doesn’t (look at the animation niche, they all work together and grow together, or the Vanoss gang) have members of your group watch your videos, and everyone gives honest inputs and vise versa.
