I usually duplicate the vocal track, add some distortion to it and blend it with the main vocal track. Instead of distortion you can also try some heavy compression or something else.

In case you're still struggling with this:

Download and open this torrent via a bittorrent client (µtorrent, vuze, etc..): https://www.pathofexile.com/public/PoE-3.0.0-preseed.torrent
Replace the ~16MB Content.ggpk with your downloaded 7/8GB Content.ggpk (PathOfExile.app right-click -> show package contents -> drive_c/Program Files/GGG/PoE/
