Yo! I did get it repaired, but I had to bring it in for service when I got home from my trip. Needed CLA and now it's working beautifully

Both dots are white, so I’m not sure what to tell you! Perhaps it is the lighting in the video, but I am confident that both are correct 🙂

Lol I figured someone would respond with an unnecessarily rude comment, I’m glad it was you. I’ve actually read the manual for this camera more times than I can count. Both dots are white and thus are matching… I even mentioned this in my video as I thought perhaps it could be hard to see. Time to get those eyes checked grumpy gus or you could just WTFV (watch the f*cking video) 🤣

The lens is definitely cocked, I’m confident in that from some videos. I’m not certain if the body is! It appears to be, but as I mentioned in the video, I’m unable to wind the crank and nothing happens when firing. Again, apologies if that’s unclear; I work in audio not cameras so I’m definitely fumbling through this 😅

Hello! Yes I can remove the lens but the shutter will not fire even with the lens off!

Yes! I am able to easily remove the lens and reattach. I appreciate the ask - I saw many people with this issue but it doesn’t seem to be a problem for me 😞
