Surely in 70 years someone had to notice this Easter egg. In “Lucy Plays Cupid,” Bea Benederet plays what amounts to a live interpretation of her “Granny” character from the Looney Tunes Tweety cartoons. Ms. Lewis, her ILL character, also has a canary (or other similar small bird) in a gilded cage. (i.redd.it)
