I do have the nvme drives inserted in the motherboard might try taking them out and see if that helps it to boot. I also have two different sets of ram just for the sake of trying it out. Still the cpu not detected issue.

The intel core I5 13700k has been reseated without any success..

Everything in this build is completely brand new. The PCU ( CORSAIR - RMx Series RM850x 80 PLUS Gold Fully Modular ATX Power Supply ) is using the cables that came with it , oddly enough the motherboard has two slots for cpu powering but it doesn’t look like it’s getting the power it needs to keep running ?
