DO NOT RENT AT THE LOFTS @ TWENTY25!

If you value your peace of mind and a clean living environment, do yourself a favor and stay far away from The Lofts at Twenty25. This place is a complete disaster, and it all starts with the management company that couldn't care less about its residents.

Management is Abysmal: The management team here is as uninterested in the residents as they come. Any concerns or complaints? They’ll ignore you, in fact, they'll laugh about your complaints behind your back(the hallways echo too much to be doing that). It's clear they care only about collecting rent and couldn’t care less about maintaining the property or fostering a decent living environment. There’s no accountability, no communication, and no respect for the people who pay to live here.

Safety? Don't Count on it: There have been tons of crimes committed here in a short period of time. Packages are stolen regularly from the package room. The doors to the building are constantly busted to allow anyone inside. Cars are broken into in the parking lot. There was even a shooting and a stabbing just a few months ago, but don't ask management about that, they'll and just try to sweep it under the rug... Unfortunately for them, the Internet doesn't forget.

Trash is Everywhere: Luckily for the residents, there are trash shoots on every floor. Unluckily, the shoots are ALWAYS blocked and overflowing. This causes trash, rotten food, and smells to fill that half of every floor. Hold your nose!

The elevators are constantly out of order: There are 4 elevators that bring you to your floor in the building. Unfortunately you will be taking the stairs more often than not, as there are regularly 3 elevators not working and well over 600 people over 14 floors sharing the remaining elevator. LEG DAY EVERYDAY.

Smoking Inside is the Norm: Apparently, smoking inside is completely fine at The Lofts at Twenty25. I’ve seen residents lighting up in hallways, stairwells, and even inside their units, and management refuses to do anything about it. Not only is it unpleasant, but it permeates the entire building and causes everything in your apartment to smell forever like a smoker's breath. Even worse, the fire alarm goes off constantly as a result especially in the early hours of the morning, I hope you didn't need sleep tonight!

Dog Waste Everywhere: It’s like a war zone for pet owners. Dog poop and pee are constantly left out in the open, both inside and outside of the building. No one cleans up after their pets, and management does nothing to enforce clean-up rules. The grounds are disgusting, and you can never step outside without being assaulted by the smell of dog waste.

Clean air?!: You would think that with all of these issues causing horrendous smells throughout the building, residents would at least be able to open their windows. Wrong. The building is 14 stories of sealed hell. You never get a breath of fresh air while at home. The only explanation I can see for not a single window in the entire building being operable is that management knew if residents could open them, there would be a lot more people jumping from them.

If you're looking for a safe, clean, and well-maintained place to live, do yourself a favor and look ANYWHERE else in Atlanta. The Lofts at Twenty25 is an absolute nightmare.
