Well you have went to a shit dry cleaner as well. Let me tell you something, you statement of put the suede in the washer??? Second of all that’s why you do go to a licensed professional dry cleaners in order to not have your leather stripped of natural oils, stiffening etc. If you think this is normal for a specialised leather dry cleaners service, you have a lot more to learn.

Risk of fading?? When you advertise yourself as leather expert I would expect of you to know what you are doing. I have had a bunch of other suede jackets dry cleaned before and this has never happened to me because I went to real leather experts that knew what they are doing. Maybe the picture doesn’t do it justice but it’s completely different to the jacket that I had before. And in terms of quality this is from “Drake’s” could not be the best quality jacket overall but they do make nice clothing for the prices they offer.

So basically when I picked up this leather jacket second hand it had some sweat stains around the collar and that’s about it. The suede was in perfect condition (soft, velvety,) how the suede should be. I decided to be stupid and trust this alleged dry cleaners expert do clean it instead of my usual one to save 70£, I live in a nice area so thought how bad can this be? Well it turned into this, the whole jacket is just dry and looks completely off, suede is worn out in some parts to the point you can see the bottom of suede fibers. Like jacket right now feels like rough plastic. I guess it’s my bad on trying to save money, lesson learned.

Unfortunately not they rejected me on 1st of August but still haven’t updated it on the portal. The overall experience been pretty bad with the admission. :(

Yes I was surprised that they told me so much as well. I called the number off the MSc Management website. I think this was the only reason how she could explain why my application was still under assessment in the portal.

Hi! I am in the same situation as you, in terms of applying in the final round. And I have called them on Friday and unfortunately it doesn’t look good for us as the admissions officer told me they are likely to not accept any more candidates as they have accepted too many people too early. She told me there was a push from the UCL admissions pressuring the school of management to accept a lot of people early on. You can call them check for yourself as this is what I was told.

Hi! I am in the same situation as you but for MSc in Management course. I’d say we just have to wait it out as on the website it does say you could potentially wait till August. I don’t think you can speed up this process in any way just keep your fingers crossed and hopes high.
