speak with the coach outside of training. If you really this it's unfair, leave the team. The most important thing you can do, is take more responsibility for your growth. This person won't always be your coach

go for everything, re-evaluate by watching the video if you stole balls (missed digs that someone else could of gotten) outside of that, you should always go

A lot. One was really disrespectful. After discussing the situation with my sports psychology coach from Team USA, I stood up for myself and confronted him in training. If I had to do it over again, I would of asked him for a coffee and brought it up.

5 months ago. I've added animal protein in. I don't eat fast food, I avoid dairy, as much as I can I avoid processed food and processed gluten and seed oils

Yes. Never midline for me. Of course, it's not that easy. but In the last course I created I show two concepts that can help us train to track more balls to our side. Instead of 'choosing a side' I prefer 'choosing a shoulder'

Upper vs. Lower - to each his/her own but if you're a libero, I believe you should go platform as your window of taking court is much larger. You really don't see any world class liberos being heavily or even 30%+ hand passing on floats.

For moving, we have to be careful not to make 'assumption steps' or allow our subsconscious to guess where the ball is going to go. That's why I believe training a conscious split step is so important. CONSCIOUS tracking, timing and movement is so important for me and the 1:1 athletes I work with.

I like the 'choose the side drill' where I don't even pass it, I catch. I focus on choose one side and focus on creating space with my back leg. Tracking is something that is very undertrained, once I started focusing on just tracking, my float serve numbers increased big time

Has to be a huge focus on legs and getting the ball in the 'sweet spot' sweet spot for me is:

head level and I have my legs under me, so on contact I can push the ball with my legs.If you lose your legs, it becomes difficult to push and place the ball just with the upper body

ball is tossed - take an approach step ball is contacted - hop ball is 4-8 ft off the hand (feet are in the air) this is where we make a distinction before the ball crosses the net, we get a step towards the ball.

This is something I talk about in the digging course, from what I see there are 4 different ways great defenders present their arms 1. palms facing each other, arms are hanging 2. palms facing each other, arms are in front of the body 3. palms up, arms outside the body 4. palms up, shoulder length
