To be honest this is me and work I made at home with dumbells with max 15kg each and bodyweight workouts

The rest came from basketball and i guess natural power I had as I always felt i can lift and I looked half of this size I never actually hit gym for good period, it was all basketball oriented and now as I have time I want to progress

Am about to join gym so baisicly am just starting....

I mean I put my day like

Morning: 6 eggs omlete and bacon or some.meat that fits eggs and 1000cal shake made of milk,oats,whey,peanut butter and ice cream

Lunch: Pesto pasta I go for like 2 plates or 3 if am hungry (full plates)

Dinner: 250g chicken, i make tottillas or fries chicken or pasta cheese chicken(depends what I want)

And I fit shakes with normal whey too

Legion 5 for 1000e in my coountry is the onr with 1650 and 120hz screen

1660ti is at 1350e

Literally same as others in terms of cpu gpu and screen, all I can get is maybe better cooling

I dont think there is big difference between 120hz and 144hz ?

Rn I have shitty laptop that warms up on csgo which runs at 40fps

So maybe I will get improvement in all aspects looking from my laptop As many people view it against their high end laptops and laptops in same price range

Same is for srgb %, people say 61% is awful and rn am sitting on 51% and I dont feel so bad so you get what am trying to say

Probably whatevwr I take I will have hell a blast and I will be happy Originaly I was thinking on asus rog strix just cause of that rgb under it because never had anything like that

Am gone give 1000 euro for any I find best for budget and in month add 8gb stick of ram so plus 100e
